100 Years and Counting

Since 1924, the Oak Park and River Forest High School Scholarship Foundation has awarded  scholarships to OPRFHS graduates recognized for their dedication, academic achievement, leadership, creative talent, service to the community, athletic commitment, and more.

Our scholarship offering is made possible thanks to the generosity of parents, retirees, alumni, and friends of the high school.

In the last five years the Foundation has awarded more than $1,200,000, to OPRFHS graduates pursuing post-secondary education. These awards do more than open doors—they create pathways to long-term success, with a lasting impact on the entire community.
